William C. Johnston,
Chairman of the Board

Bill Johnston was the founder and Managing Partner of Bayon Capital Partners, a hedge fund that focused on small and mid-cap companies.  He was also a Director and member of the Investment Committee of Thai Strategic Capital, a private equity firm focused on Thailand and Southeast Asia.  Prior to founding Bayon Capital, Bill was Managing Director of Apac Holdings Limited, Hong Kong, and served on the board of directors of Apac investment companies located in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.  While in Asia, Bill was Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association. Bill began his career with Dillon, Read and Co., an investment bank based in New York.  Bill is a Former visiting lecturer in Economics at Yale University. Based in Palm Beach, Bill is a Stanford MBA and a graduate of Harvard College where he received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.
